By leveraging the white-labeling capabilities, Integrity Preneed offers a robust, branded platform that caters specifically to the needs of the preneed planning industry, enhancing client engagement and operational efficiency.

General Overview

Go to Settings from the left sidebar, click Integrations, and find the Google section. Click Connect, select your Google account, and allow the required permissions. This will sync your Gmail with the CRM for email logging and automation.

Log into your Integrity Preneed dashboard and navigate to Calendar from the left menu. Click New Appointment or select a time slot to open the appointment form. Fill in the required details including the calendar, contact name, title, start and end time, location, and any optional notes. Click Save Appointment when done.

Click Opportunities from the sidebar, then click Add Opportunity. Fill in the name, pipeline, stage, status, assigned member, and contact details. Click Save to add it to your pipeline. You can then drag it between stages, add notes, or automate creation through workflows.

Open a contact or opportunity from the left menu and go to the Notes section. Click Add Note, type your details such as call summaries, meeting notes, or client preferences, then click Save. Notes are time-stamped and tied to the specific contact or deal for easy tracking.

Additional Content

After connecting your Google account, select the calendars you want to sync and set a default calendar for bookings. This enables two-way sync between Integrity Preneed and Google Calendar, so appointments made in either platform will reflect on both.

Go to Contacts and open the Tasks section to view, filter, and manage tasks by status, priority, or assignee in list or calendar view. Click any task to edit its details and save. Check the checkbox or click Mark as Complete to close a task. To create one, click Add Task, fill in the details, and click Create Task.
